Fourteen years ago today Brandon's Dad unexpectedly was taken to heaven. Brandon remembers the day vividly and I often think about what it must have been like for him. Brandon describes his Dad in incredible ways. He loved his Dad with all of his heart. I enjoy hearing stories about Brandon's childhood. I can't think of one bad memory that Brandon has shared with me about being brought up by his Mom and Dad. They had unconditional love for each other. They gave so much to their children and put them before any of their personal needs. Brandon loved their family vacations together. They went on a Disney Cruise when Brandon was young. Brandon said that they dropped him at the babysitter on the ship one evening. Brandon didn't want to be with the sitter so he escaped and went to find his parents! Brandon truly loved his Dad and I just know he only wishes he could be here to see our two little guys. Brandon... I want you to know that your Dad would be so proud of you. You're such an amazing husband with unconditional love for your family. Your thoughtfulness and care are shown with each action. Although this day brings sadness, we are reminded that we are not without him forever.
