Hello and happy summer! It's been wonderful so far and we've been enjoying the beautiful sunshine. This morning we woke up and decided to take a walk to the local farmers market. We're adapting to the new lifestyle of being able to walk virtually everywhere! The grocery store is within walking distance as well as our church. It seems that everything is just a short walk away. Lola our dog has been enjoying the park which is across the street from us. She's made friends with several other dogs. We've found that having a nice screened in porch is difficult for her. She sees the people walking by and can hear the dogs at play. Her barking has been a bit out of control. We're working on eliminating this. Do you have any suggestions for us? Payton is sleeping a bit better in his new bedroom. I'd say it took a good week but he's doing great now! Brandon has been busy in the yard and around the house. I never realized how handy he really is! He's even been painting the interior of our house. We're looking forward to August. Our Texas family will be vacationing in Saugatuck and we can't wait to go and visit! Payton will be able to play with all of his cousins that he hasn't been able to see in quite some time. It seems unreal to sit and imagine that in just 3 months we'll be joined by a new family member. He sure is a mover and a kicker. Brandon has been able to feel him kicking me on several occasions. It's fun to know he's having a great time in there!
